I like your nice little stories. And with a good reading voice. I did some Flash Fiction Friday's years ago with a couple of friends. Maybe 150 stories, up on my blog. It was fun trying different prompts, and different styles of prompts. Sometimes a few would end up pointing to a possible expansion into a novel. Thx - I found that sometimes for a prompt I would wonder how a previous group of characters would handle the situation. And a few of those connected stories then became a start for a novel - that was fun.
As for re-starting, I did publish two novels, have half a dozen in draft stages, and put lots of Flash Fiction online. But have stalled. When I wrote more I became pickier, self-editing what I was doing. I do miss writing, so am working on it.
